Lag B'Omer Farm Outing - Sunday May 26
Lag Ba’Omer - May 26, Farm Outing
We are gearing up for our next teen event on May 26, where we'll be celebrating Lag B'Omer by volunteering on an organic farm. This promises to be a fulfilling experience, and as a bonus, you will earn 4 hours of Community Service for high school. For those interested in joining us, please find further details and registration information here.
Additionally, we need at least one more parent volunteer driver for transportation. If you are available and willing to assist, kindly respond to this email or complete the provided form.
Tree Top Trekking - Sunday, June 9 - Save the Date
Test your strength and balance as you and your friends traverse the tall trees, leap off wooden platforms, and zipline across breathtaking lakes (appropriate for both beginner and expert explorers). Please email learning@cityshul.com as soon as possible if you are interested in joining us. We need to know the size of our group in order to book a timeslot.
Teen Group
Together we will participate in fun and meaningful activities throughout the year.
All of the programs have been chosen by the City Shul teens and include social programs, Jewish learning and Shabbat experiences, and holiday celebrations.
You can join just the programs or also be a part of the leadership team who plans the programs.
We have also been exploring other activities that offer opportunities for fun, friendship, leadership and Gimilut Chassadim (acts of love and kindness).
For more information contact Rae Szereszewski, our Teen Engagement Mentor - teens@cityshul.com
